At Links Ink, we take pride in the quality and customization of our products. Due to the personalized nature of the items we sell, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Exceptions:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receipt with clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement or store credit.

If there was an error on our part in processing your order (e.g., incorrect product customization), we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
